We provide confidential and reliable telephone interpreting services on demand or pre-booked.
On demand telephone interpreting service
On demand telephone interpreting service is a 24 hour service, seven days a week in excess of 250 languages. This service is accessible by any person or organisation who requires the services of a telephone interpreter immediately with the assistance of a service consultant. Prior to connecting you to our interpreter, our consultant will require from you the following information:
- Your name and the name of your organisation
- Your contact details including an e-mail address
- The name of the LOTE person you wish to contact including their contact number
- The language required
- Claim or reference number
- Duration of the requested service
- Nature of the appointment
- Claim or reference number
- The language required
- The name of the LOTE person you wish to contact including their contact number
- Your contact details including an e-mail address
Pre-booked telephone interpreting service
The pre-booked telephone interpreting service is provided to clients who book a telephone interpreter in advance of an appointment or interview. You can nominate the date and time and we will endeavour to make the necessary arrangements for you. A Confirmation of booking document will be sent to you via e-mail once the arrangements are made, usually the same day of the booking request. Please contact us with your pre-booked telephone interpreting request via email. If you have any special requirements such as gender or religious affiliations please advise us of these in advance.
